To arrange an easy repayment plan, pay your deposit then download and complete the application form by clicking on the EZYPAY link and fax it back to the Activ8! team on 08 8423 0280. You will be advised within 48 hours whether your application has been successful.
Your first debit will be the deposit and the maximum repayment period for this product is 26 weeks. All remaining debits should be equally distributed over this period. You may choose whether to pay fortnightly or monthly. The last payment will finalise the outstanding balance.
